4. Amplitude adjustment (see Figure 4) The <br>vibration motor is equipped with two pairs of fan-shaped eccentric blocks above and below. By adjusting the relative position of the two pairs of eccentric blocks, the magnitude of the exciting force is changed, thereby changing the magnitude of the amplitude. The amplitude can be adjusted within 0~6mm, and the maximum shall not exceed 6mm. When the machine leaves the factory, it is generally adjusted to 4~4.5mm. The magnitude of the amplitude depends on the size of the coincident surface of each pair of fan-shaped eccentric blocks. The larger the coincident surface, the larger the amplitude, and the smaller the coincident surface, the smaller the amplitude. Increasing the amplitude increases productivity, and reducing the amplitude decreases productivity.
