The results of step-by-step multi-regression analysis show that after controlling the influence of demographic variables, the superficial behavior of emotional labor work requirements shows a significant positive correlation with emotional labor management strategies. That is, superficial behavior positively affects emotional exhaustion, de-personalization, and low personal fulfillment. This means that emotional disguise or concealion consumes the employee's energy, which in turn leads to the employee's indifference to the target, while undermining his or her own health. The results are consistent with the conclusions of current scholars.<br>The deep behavior and natural behavior have obvious negative effect on the emotional labor management strategy. That is, deep behavior and natural behavior have a significant negative correlation with emotional exhaustion, de-personalization and low personal achievement. The findings of this study further reveal that when employees adopt deep behavior management strategies, they can think differently, em emotively, and display emotional expressions consistent with their true feelings, thus helping employees maintain good working conditions. In addition, when employees behave naturally, they are able to naturally express their true feelings without suppressing bad emotions, effectively reducing physical and mental energy, maintaining energy, and helping to provide higher quality civilian services.
