摘    要 本论文以蒙古黄芪幼苗为试材,选用Arnon-Hoagland营养液,稀释出原浓度、二分之一浓度、三分之一浓度这三种不同浓度培育黄芪幼苗,同时在园土中培育黄芪幼苗。以一周为周期,取五组黄芪幼苗的根和叶,使用分光光度计及标准曲线测定黄芪幼苗的可溶性蛋白、还原性糖、淀粉、叶绿素的含量以及黄芪幼苗的外部形态,将测定的数据进行比较。希望通过本试验选择出能够培育优质黄芪幼苗的营养液。营养液培育的黄芪幼苗各物质含量及外部形态指标均高于园土培育的黄芪幼苗。其中,原浓度营养液培育出的黄芪幼苗各指标最高。营养液育苗可以缩短育苗时间,提高秧苗质量,有利于早熟丰产,同时可以减少采摘时对黄芪根系的损伤。通过试验得出:原浓度营养液可以培育出优质的黄芪幼苗,有利于缓解现在黄芪资源匮乏供应不足,人工栽培品质差异大的现状。 关键词:黄芪幼苗;营养液;种苗质量

Abstract In <br> <br>this paper, Mongolian astragalus seedlings are used as test materials, Arnon-Hoagland nutrient solution is used to dilute three different concentrations of original concentration, one-half concentration, and one-third concentration to cultivate astragalus seedlings, and cultivate astragalus in garden soil seedling.
