This research follows the idea of "Technology-Capability-Business Model Innovation", based on relevant research on business model innovation, sustainable business models, resource integration capabilities, etc., through literature review, and constructs the value of the coupling relationship. A sustainable business model model composed of five elements: proposition, value creation, value network, financial model, and customer interface, enriches research on sustainable business models. Use empirical research methods to explore the four characteristics of digital technology: self-growth, integration, sharing, flexibility and the relationship between the five elements of sustainable business model innovation and the ability to integrate resources. Based on the relevant scales in the previous related research and the reliability and validity analysis of the pre-test, the questionnaire was designed and perfected. In the end, a total of 332 valid questionnaires were collected in this study, and SPSS22.0 software was used to conduct data analysis and hypothesis testing. In order to make the research results more reasonable and effective in specific practice, this study uses Haier Zhijia as an example to verify, using qualitative content analysis, case studies, and summary methods to analyze Haier’s sustainable benefit growth, and based on this The sustainable business model framework constructed by the research summarizes and summarizes the specific measures of Haier's transformation, and finally refines and summarizes the guiding strategies for innovating sustainable business models in the digital economy environment for manufacturing enterprises. The empirical results of this research show that the four characteristics of digital technology have a positive impact on the five elements of a sustainable business model, and the ability to integrate resources has played a part of the intermediary role. Digital technology provides information support for the whole process of enterprises, strengthens information sharing, enables enterprises to rationally allocate internal and external resources, supports the development of value propositions that integrate economic, social and environmental values, and makes substantial contributions to the sustainable development goals of enterprises. Through the analysis of Haier's case, the guiding strategy summarized and refined is helpful to help manufacturing companies better understand and evaluate the sustainability of their own business models, understand and play the role of digital technology, and also help them in the digital economy environment. Provide reference suggestions to meet the requirements of sustainable development.
