Classrooms are places for students to learn, and their indoor environment should ensure efficient learning efficiency while meeting the basic heat and comfort of students.<br>On the basis of the previous research, the influence of the change of carbon dioxide concentration in classroom on learning efficiency under comfortable temperature conditions is studied.<br>The learning efficiency of students at 5 different CO2 concentrations (600ppm, 2500ppm, 3000ppm, 4000ppm and 4500ppm) was tested, and the effect son of CO2 on learning efficiency was analyzed statistically, using subjective questionnaires and neurobehavioral evaluation methods, and simulating controlled laboratory studies in classrooms.<br><br>The results showed that the participants' votes showed that their satisfaction with the indoor environment of various concentrations was general, but the dissatisfaction rate increased significantly with the increase in concentration, but there was no statistical significance.<br>Under the condition of different CO2 concentration, there are some differences in the correct rate, reaction time and learning efficiency index of different test items with the change of CO2.<br>The difference in the effect son of different CO2 concentrations on learning cognitive ability tests depends mainly on the type of task.<br>Keywords: primary and secondary school students; indoor CO2 concentration; learning efficiency; subjective evaluation; experimental research
