Under this scenario, a heterogeneous subject model based on Bass model is proposed for the study of new product diffusion. Rand et al. the characteristics of the first body established is based on the main model of the Bass model, and the guiding criteria for such coupling models are proposed. Yi et al. to form a heterogeneous subject model based on the Bass model and analyze how consumerinitial expectations of new products affect the interdependent process of product sales, consumer satisfaction, and word-of-mouth.
