Manufacturing equipment is the basic unit of the production and processing process. Digital, networked and intelligent transformation of manufacturing equipment is the only way to develop intelligent manufacturing. Cai y et al [26] constructed a digital twin model of CNC machine tools, which integrated manufacturing data and sensory data into the twin model, in order to improve the reliability and processing ability of physical machine tools. Bruno scaglioni et al. [27] took the digital twin model of Mandelli M5 machine tool as the research point, and explored the flexibility of machine tool structural parts, cutting process model, transmission chain model and control system model based on the finite element analysis. Darya botkina et al. [28] developed a digital twin model of cutting tools, which continuously optimizes the cutting process by collecting data information of cutting tools.<br>
