Abstract: Aerobics is a kind of sports that integrate music, dance, gymnastics, fitness and entertainment, there is no age limit, the content is novel and rich, by the majority of people love. Among them, including college students, and aerobics has become a general course in colleges and universities. For the teaching of aerobics courses, schools are also generally adopted the traditional educational model, but the content of aerobics has the characteristics of diversity and openness, so it will appear in the teaching methods and teaching content of the non-influence, thus to a certain extent affected the quality of aerobics.<br> With the reform of the new curriculum, people are also gradually aware of the singleness and one-sidedness of traditional teaching, so they criticize some phenomena in the teaching process. In the traditional teaching, too much attention to the dominant position of teachers, often neglect the students are the main body, the appearance of students blind imitation, and thus neglect to train students to think and active learning of the overall development ability, there is a phenomenon of mechanized learning.<br> This paper makes a research and analysis by studying the investigation of the current situation of college teachers' physical education, using the literature method, experimental method and logic analysis method.
