Confirmation method: This method draws on the test principle of ASTM F1929:2012, and uses the test liquid of dye and active agent to test the sealability of the product. Configuration of the test fluid: 99.45% distilled water, 0.5% quraton X-100, 0.05% toluene blue configuration test liquid, and stirred well. Take 30 samples for the test.<br>Fill the container used in the test with toluene blue test fluid, put 30 samples into the container, and completely immerse the whole sample in toluene blue test fluid. Place the container containing the sample in a vacuum box, vacuum the vacuum box to 35kPa±5kPa for 30 minutes, return to atmospheric pressure for another 30 minutes, then remove the sample from the container, rinse the sample with purified water and wipe it clean with absorbent paper. <br>Take two normal samples, place the sodium chloride injection in the syringe in a quartz absorption pool of 1cm, take the sodium chloride injection as blank, and measure the absorbent at wavelength 665nm with a UV visible phosphorescometer.<br>Negative control: Take 3 syringes, do not immerse in dyeing fluid, as a negative control.<br>Positive control: take 6 syringes with defective pistons and caps, do a good job of marking, make positive leakage control samples, and normal samples with the same condition test.<br>Acceptable standard: Syringe test fluid absorbance value between -0.003 and 0.003
