Develop negotiation strategy<br>Negotiation strategy refers to the basic countermeasures, means and ways to achieve the goal of negotiation. It was formulated through investigation and analysis of the needs and strength of both sides. Developing a strategy for each part of the negotiation is essential. There are many kinds of negotiation strategies, such as opening strategy, quotation strategy, negotiation strategy, transaction strategy, concession strategy, breaking the deadlock strategy, offensive strategy, defense strategy and language strategy, etc. according to the possible situations in the negotiation process, we should make preparations in advance, know what we know in mind, and use them flexibly in negotiation. Different strategies can be designed for different negotiation themes or opponents. For example, under a certain condition, the strategy of delaying time and exerting pressure for a long time can be adopted; under another specific condition, the lightning strategy of quick combat and quick decision can be adopted.
