Compared with other MOS _ 2-based broadband absorbers working in the visible region, the average absorption rate of the overall structure is ninety-seven percent, which is higher than that of the multilayer-based absorbers composed of multiple single-layer MOS _ 2 [20-22] or Bragg mirrors [23,24]. In addition, the average absorption rate of the whole structure exceeds that of the grooved absorber [25]. Therefore, the proposed TNM has the advantage of combining good absorption performance with deep sub-wavelength thickness (85nm) in the visible region in a simpler structure.
