1）依据甲方要求及经营需要．列出适合酒店经营和管理品牌的国内外管理公司名录。<br>2）针对酒店项目之情况，推介合适的国内外知名品牌饭店管理公司（至少 3 家）与甲方接触：并以专业的角度向业主方说明．推介对象与洒店项目的契合性和可行性。 <br>3）作为甲方酒店行业专业顾问．协助甲方与管理公司谈判之前．运用专业知识和技能4）对管理公司方要求的权益是否符合行业惯例做出判断。 <br>就 《 管理意向协议 》 中的专用词汇与概念提供咨询．解答甲方就《 管理意向协议 》 的内容、概念和酒店专业方面提出的问题．对 《 管理意向协议 》 中应重点界定的定义与条款进行解释并提出修改和完替的建议。
