This paper selects Yonghui Supermarket, a case study of the transformation of traditional retail to new retail, according to the development path of Yonghui Supermarket, divides its exploration of new retail business into two stages, and the first stage of Yonghui Supermarket's business model innovation period (2015-2018) in the context of new retailing environment, in order to seek better development yonghui supermarket pioneer, set up a "cloud creation" business sector, as an important carrier for the practice of new retail business. In order to measure its innovation achievements, this paper collates the data from 2014 to 2018 before and after the innovation of Yonghui supermarket business model, and introduces the data of the same period of retail industry to compare and analyze the four aspects of solvency, profitability, operation ability and development ability, and studies the impact of business model innovation on the financial performance of Yonghui supermarket.
