In this study, SRAP markers were used for the first time to study the genetic diversity of Schizophyllum superba, to understand its distribution, habitat, genetic diversity and genetic structure. The results showed that SRAP markers could be used to study the genetic diversity and structure of Schizophyllum superba. This study revealed a medium level of genetic diversity and a low level of genetic differentiation. There was moderate gene exchange intensity in the population, which weakened the genetic differentiation between populations. On this basis, the hot spots of the distribution of the half Maple were found, and the possible shelters were speculated.<br>
