The combination chemotherapy of immunotherapy in patients with advanced stomach cancer was observed on nutritional status, changes in the sub-groups of outer blood T lymphocytes and clinical efficacy
Summary:
Objective:
The clinical efficacy of immuno-combined chemotherapy for patients with advanced stomach cancer and the changes in the nutritional status and subsysty of extrinsic blood T lymphocytes were evaluated.

Method:

Sixty patients with local advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, each with 30 cases.

The control group was given FOLFOX4 chemotherapy, while the experimental group was given a combination of synthesizer static points on the basis of the control group chemotherapy program, and all patients were followed from June to December. The adverse reactions occurred at the end of each treatment cycle in two groups of patients, clinical efficacy, improvement of nutrition and physical condition, and changes in the level of T lymphocyte subgroups CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 and/CD8.

Results: The total efficiency of the experimental group was 70%, and the total efficiency of the control group was 43.3%. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group (p-0.04), the rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 50%, the rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 36.7%, and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant (p-0.30). The improvement rate of physical condition score (ECOG) was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment (p-0.03), and the hemoglobin, albumin, serum iron and ferrine water level of the experimental group after treatment was more obvious than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p).
