When the ore pulp flows into the magnetic field area, the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, the weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are sorted out, and the strong magnetic minerals on the surface of the adsorbed cylinder are brought out of the magnetic field area with the rotation of the turn around. The rotary type is suitable for the dry separation of fine-grained strong (medium-strength) magnetic minerals. Due to the effect of high-speed rotation, the number of magnetic rollovers of magnetic particles is much higher than that of ordinary magnetic separators. This has a significant effect on destroying magnetic agglomeration and increasing the ratio of rich ores. The minerals are separated into two kinds of magnetic and non-magnetic materials after sorting, and are discharged from their respective orifices. It is suitable for rough selection and selection with ore particle size of 0.6~6mm.
