Incoming inspection of finished flanges, re-inspection of test pieces and flatness inspection of cylinder joint welding for <br><br>the remaining flanges. Assembling the tower , each barrel section and flange assembly inspection, welding inspection inspection, drawing inspection of internal parts position line, assembly and welding internal parts anti-corrosion treatment, internal parts assembly, packaging and shipping.

Barrel joint<br>Incoming inspection of raw materials, material re inspection, steel plate pretreatment, CNC cutting, cutting, size inspection, groove processing, rolling, welding, longitudinal seam rounding inspection.<br>Top flange<br>Incoming inspection of finished flanges and retesting of test pieces, as well as 100% UT inspection of cylinder assembly welding for flatness. Secondary processing of the upper surface of the flange (those with flatness exceeding the standard).<br>Other flanges<br>Incoming inspection of finished flanges and retesting of specimens, as well as flatness inspection of cylinder assembly welding.<br>Tower assembly<br>Inspection and welding inspection of each cylinder section and flange assembly, marking out the position line of internal components for inspection, anti-corrosion treatment of internal components for assembly welding, assembly, packaging and shipping of internal components.

Socket<br> Raw materials incoming inspection, material reinspection, steel plate pretreatment, numerical control cutting and blanking size inspection, groove processing, coil assembly welding, longitudinal seam calibration inspection.<br> <br> Top flange<br> Factory inspection of finished flange, re-inspection of test pieces and assembly welding of cylinder joint 100%UT detection flatness detection secondary processing of upper surface of flange (if flatness exceeds the standard).<br> <br> Remaining flanges<br> Factory inspection of finished flange, re-inspection of specimen and flatness detection of barrel joint assembly welding.<br> <br> Tower assembly<br> Each socket and flange assembly shall be inspected, welded, inspected, the internal parts shall be marked out for inspection, the internal parts shall be assembled and welded for anticorrosion treatment, and the internal parts shall be packaged and shipped.
