(2) The fault signal decomposition method of rolling bearing based on VMD is studied, and the modulation characteristics of the vibration signal of rolling bearing and the characteristics of environmental noise interference are studied. The combination of VMD and autocorrelation analysis method is applied to the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings. The measured data analysis shows that the method has obvious effect of signal decomposition and anti-aliasing, and realizes the weak fault diagnosis of rolling bearings.

(2) The modulation characteristics and susceptibility to environmental noise interference based on the VMD fault signal decomposition method of the rolling bearing are studied. The combination of VMD and self-correlation analysis method is applied to the rolling bearing fault diagnosis, the measured data analysis shows that the signal decomposition anti-mixing effect of the method is obvious, and the weak fault diagnosis of rolling bearing is realized.

(2) This paper studies the decomposition method of fault signal of rolling bearing based on VMD, aiming at the modulation characteristics of vibration signal of rolling bearing and the characteristics of being easily disturbed by environmental noise. VMD and autocorrelation analysis are applied to the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing. The results show that the signal decomposition and anti aliasing effect of this method is obvious, and the weak fault diagnosis of rolling bearing is realized.<br>
