To study the genetic structure of the semi-maple population, we used STRUCTURE software to calculate the genetic structure of the population. Using Evanno's method, the data of SRAP tag is imported into THE STRUCTURE software, and after processing by STRUCTURE HARVESTER, the post-mortem probability LnP (D) and the logarithm of the corresponding Delta K value are the logarithm-like scatter plot, and the maximum Delta K value is K. 2 (Figure 2a and Figure 2b), followed by K-7, shows that, depending on the genetic structure, semi-maple lotus can be divided into two groups and can be further subdivided into 7 subgroups (Figures 3a and 3b).
