Under this scenario, a heterogeneous subject model based on Bass model is proposed for the study of new product diffusion. Rand et al. for the first time established the main model of the subject characteristic snare based on the Bass model, and proposed the guiding standard of the strict coupling model. Yi et al. to form a heterogeneous subject model based on the Bass model and analyze how consumerinitial expectations of new products affect the interdependent process of product sales, consumer satisfaction, and word-of-mouth.
