As one of the important components of mangrove, hemimangrove has an important positive impact on the ecological functions of coastal protection, windbreak and sand fixation, as well as the economic functions of medicine and timber. However, the research on semi mangrove is still lacking, and the research on some semi mangroves is rarely recorded, and after the day-to-day marine ecological damage, some species of semi mangrove have been endangered. In this paper, four kinds of semi mangroves, i.e. hibiscus, phellodendron, chamomile and kulang tree, were selected as the research objects. Through the experiment of seedling transplantation of Hibiscus, it was found that the growth condition of the introduced Hibiscus growing in the coastal area was good. Through the experiment of seed cultivation of phellodendron, the seeds of Phellodendron were seeded with peeled seeds and seeded without peeled seeds to study the germination condition of seeds The results showed that peeling was beneficial to the germination rate and germination potential of wampee seeds. The cuttings of chamomile and kulang were placed in four different media for cuttage experiment. Through the comparative study of their rooting rate, rooting number and root length of main root, the results showed that kulang grew better in the two media of laterite: Sandy Soil: basal fertilizer and laterite: Sandy Soil: compound fertilizer, while Kubo chrysanthemum grew better in the two media of laterite Red soil: Sandy Soil: it grows well in the base fertilizer matrix, and the growth of two kinds of semi mangrove cuttings is the worst in the brick red soil.<br>Key words: semi mangrove; Hibiscus; phellodendron bark; kulang tree; Chamomile; seedling transplantation; germination; substrate cutting
