The worker picks up a cut sheet from the stack, directs it, slides it between the upper and lower cutters until it meets the rear block, and finally lowers the upper die mechanism to the bending workpiece.
Making another bend means reclaiming the sheet, adjusting the direction and position of the sheet, and sometimes turning the sheet over to make it bend towards the other side.
This is a hard work, especially for large, heavy metal sheets, which requires several people to deal with. Moreover, it is easy to make mistakes under high-intensity manual labor. Manual operation may misplace the bending position or form the wrong angle, or even completely forget that the machine is working.
