Analysis of the effects of abdominal surgery and laparoscopic surgery in treating elderly colorectal cancer patients
objectives
Comparing the clinical effects of open-abdominal colorectal cancer treatment and laparoscopic surgery in treating elderly colorectal cancer patients, and analyzing its surgical safety.
method
From January 2018 to December 2019, a total of 80 elderly patients (≥65 years old) who received surgery for colorectal cancer were selected as the study subjects, and all the collected patients were divided into observation groups and control groups according to different surgical methods, in which the control group was treated by open colorectal cancer root treatment and the observation group was treated with celiac colorectal cancer. The arterial blood gas indexes of 1 day before, during and 1 day after surgery in the observation group and the control group included carbon dioxide subpressure (PaCO2) and arterial blood gas pH, respiratory function index such as heart rate, central venous pressure (CVP), average arterial pressure (MAP) and recent efficacy indicators after surgery, including complications such as matching mouth fistula, urinary retention, infection, intestinal obstruction, etc.
Results
Comparing the respiratory function indicators of the observation group with 1 day before the control group surgery, the difference was not statistically significant, the CVP, MAP, PH value and PaCO2 of the inoperative observation group were significantly higher than the control group, but there was no significant change in heart rate (P>0.05) in the two groups, and there was a significant difference in respiratory circulation function (P).
