In this paper, the bearing from axle box to high-speed railway vehicle is taken as the research object, and the bearing diagnosis is carried out by analyzing the vibration signal from the bearing. In this paper, the modulation characteristics of vibration signal, noise reduction and other high noise error characteristics are analyzed and studied.<br>This design mainly completes the following work:<br>(1) In this paper, we study the background and importance of diagnosing bearing defects, and explain how to calculate the characteristic shape, defect type, defect mechanism and characteristic frequency of bearing defects. The research status and signal analysis and processing methods at home and abroad are introduced.<br>(2) According to the signal modulation characteristics of the rolling element of the vibration bearing and its sensitivity to the disturbance of the environment noise, the decomposition method of the bearing fault based on VMD is studied. VMD and autocorrelation analysis are applied to the fault diagnosis of rolling plate. The analysis of the measured data shows that the signal decomposition and anti aliasing effect of this method are obvious, and the weak fault diagnosis of rolling pad is realized.<br>
