病史：入院前3月，患者在我院行ＤＳＡ检查，并因患有“左侧后交通动脉瘤”

Medical history: 3 months before admission, the patient underwent DSA examination in our hospital and underwent craniotomy for aneurysm clipping due to "left posterior communicating aneurysm". The postoperative recovery was good. The head CTA was reviewed 6+ months later, which indicated that the intracranial aneurysm had been clipped, and the extracranial aneurysm of the right internal carotid artery was found. After communicating with the family, interventional embolization was performed.

Medical history: 3 months before admission, the patient in my hospital DSA examination, and because of the "left rear traffic aneurysm" and open cranial aneurysm clamping, after surgery to recover well. After 6 plus months of reviewing the ctA of the skull, indicating that the intracranial aneurysm had been clamped, the right intra-cervical artery anterior aneurysm was found, after communication with the family, the line of intervention embolism treatment.
