In this paper, 92 knowledge workers as a sample, through the questionnaire survey and literature reading to study the influencing factors of their loyalty. In this paper, SPSS software is used to analyze the data. Finally, we find that organizational background factors, corporate culture factors, corporate characteristics factors and external environment factors all have an impact on the loyalty of knowledge workers. At the same time, the statistical analysis also found that the loyalty of knowledge workers is in the middle level, and promotion and development factors and internal communication factors have a great impact on the organizational loyalty of knowledge workers.<br>
