二、乙方的保密义务对第一条所称的商业秘密，乙方承担以下保密义务：(1)

Second, Party B's duty of confidentiality to the trade secrets called in Article 1, Party B assumes the following obligations of confidentiality:<br>(1) Do not spy on trade secrets unrelated to the job or its own business; <br>(2) Party A's trade secrets may not be disclosed to any third party who is not obliged to do so;<br>(3) Do not allow (lending, giving, leasing, transfer, etc. to dispose of Party A trade secrets are "permitted") or assist any third party not to assume the obligation of confidentiality to use Party A's trade secrets;<br>(4) If it is found that a trade secret has been disclosed or that it has been disclosed by mistake, effective measures shall be taken to prevent the leakage from expanding further and shall be reported to Party A in a timely manner.<br>(5) When Party B leaves office, it shall return or destroy the electronic documents, working papers, archives and other documents containing the confidential contents of Party A in accordance with Party A's request.

2、 Confidentiality obligations of Party B. for the business secrets mentioned in Article 1, Party B shall undertake the following confidentiality obligations:<br>(1) It is not allowed to spy on business secrets unrelated to their own work or business;<br>(2) Party A shall not disclose Party A's business secrets to any third party who does not undertake confidentiality obligations;<br>(3) Do not allow (lending, gift, lease, transfer and other acts of Disposing Party A's trade secrets are all "permission") or assist any third party who does not undertake the confidentiality obligation to use Party A's trade secrets;<br>(4) If it is found that the trade secret has been disclosed or the trade secret has been disclosed through his own fault, effective measures shall be taken to prevent the further expansion of the disclosure, and report to Party A in a timely manner.<br>(5) When Party B leaves office, it shall return or destroy the electronic documents, working papers, files and other documents containing Party A's confidential contents according to Party A's requirements.
