For the first time, the pine mushrooms were cultivated in a medium based on sugar cane slag and bran, with a bioefficity (BE) of 74.59% and a productivity of 1.49% (PR), respectively, and the highest paint enzyme activity (49.70IUg-1) was obtained on the 35th day of the culture of the pine mushrooms. In order to further improve the lacquerase activity and productivity of shuttle-handled pine mushrooms, the effects of aromatic compounds, copper ions and manganese ions on the lacquerase activity and productivity of shuttle-handled pine mushrooms were studied, and all added compounds could improve the lacquerase activity and productivity of shuttle-handled pine mushrooms, but the effects of the paintase activity produced by shuttle-handled pine mushrooms on the number of days and productivity required for cultivation may have a critical value and show a limited correlation. A culture base of manganese ions (2mM) was added to increase the lacquerase activity of the shuttle-handled pine mushroom to 216. 17IU g-1, and the addition of xylidine (0.8mM) of the culture base, so that the be and PR of the shuttle handle pine mushrooms reached 94.39% and 2.05%, respectively.
