博士期间我的研究课题为大豆成熟基因E9的鉴定及其控制开花分子机制的研究

During my Ph.D. period, my research topic was the identification of soybean mature gene E9 and the study of the molecular mechanism of flowering control. The main content was to identify E9 gene as FT2a through mapping; and found that FT2a recessive gene was formed by the insertion of transposon SORE-1; It is possible that transcriptional gene silencing mediated by siRNA leads to low gene expression.
