This paper summarizes the four research dimensions from the perspective of the elements of business model, the different business patterns explored under the new retail of Yonghui supermarket, namely, the financial data of Yonghui Life Store and Yonghui mini community store in the first quarter of operation, and the comprehensive evaluation system of enterprise growth to evaluate the financial data of the two, and finally, combined with the comparative observation of non-financial aspects, analyzes that the innovation transformation of Yonghui Supermarket conforms to the development of new retail. Yonghui mini community store is indeed more suitable for the future development of Yonghui supermarket than Yonghui life shop conclusion.
