In the new curriculum plan, the following requirements are put forward: "initially develop the good quality and personal quality of caring for others, caring for the collective, being conscientious, honest, thrifty, brave, honest, gregarious, lively and upward, and develop the behavior habits of speaking civilization, politeness and discipline." As an educator, it is a duty bound responsibility to explore and cultivate students' good behavior and habits in classroom teaching.<br>The paper is divided into four parts. The first part: analyze the connotation of behavior and habit. The second part: the characteristic and reason analysis of the problem behavior in the classroom teaching. The third part: Students' behavior habits which need to be cultivated in classroom teaching. The fourth part: from four aspects put forward the strategy of cultivating students' good behavior habits, the first is to strengthen the management of teachers' self factors; the second is to take different targeted methods for different kinds of problem behaviors; the third is to create good teacher-student relationship, establish and consolidate classroom norms; the fourth is to create effective situation, create efficient classroom.<br>While teaching knowledge, teachers should also pay attention to the guidance of learning methods to help students master scientific cognitive methods. Scientific learning methods provide an important guarantee for creating efficient classroom. This paper focuses on the self-cultivation of teachers, starting from the personality and habits of students, taking different effective methods according to different people, focusing on the cultivation of good behavior habits of students in the classroom, and then creating an efficient classroom.
