In order to become a "promoter" of students' personality development, parents and teachers must have four characteristics: trust in students' potential, honesty, respect for students' experiences, emotions and opinions, compassion - insight into students' inner world, being located for students' sake, and giving students unconditional positive views. In this way, students will feel safe and confident, fully reveal their potential, toward self-realization. The development of personality is a process, all stages should be complementary. The formation of healthy personality is inextricably linked to early experience. Not to say that theories are persuasive, early experience is likely to unknowingly determine the way we live. Only when the root of the problem is recognized can there be a corresponding solution. However, early experience is of course very important and not determining. The learning and environmental factors of the day after the day must also be taken into account. By combining these factors, we can better promote the healthy development of personality.
