Tube section <br>raw materials entering the factory inspection material re-inspection steel plate pretreatment CNC cutting blanking material size inspection groove processing roll round assembly welding longitudinal seam calibration 100% UT inspection. <br><br>Top flange <br>Finished flange entry inspection and test piece re-inspection and cylinder joint welding 100% UT inspection flatness inspection Secondary processing of the upper surface of the flange (the flatness exceeds the standard). <br><br>The rest of the finished flanges <br>are inspected at the factory for finished flanges, re-inspected for test pieces, and 100% UT for flatness inspection for assembly and welding of barrel joints. <br><br>Assemble the tower, <br>inspect and weld each barrel section and flange, 100% UT inspection and inspection, draw the position line of the internal parts, inspect the assembly and welding of the internal parts, anti-corrosion treatment, internal parts assembly, packaging and shipping.

Barrel joint<br>Raw material incoming inspection, material re inspection, steel plate pretreatment, CNC cutting, cutting, size inspection, groove processing, rolling, welding, longitudinal seam rounding, 100% UT inspection.<br>Top flange<br>Incoming inspection of finished flanges and retesting of test pieces, as well as 100% UT inspection of cylinder assembly welding for flatness. Secondary processing of the upper surface of the flange (those with flatness exceeding the standard).<br>Other flanges<br>Incoming inspection of finished flanges and retesting of specimens, as well as 100% UT inspection of flatness for assembly welding of cylinder sections.<br>Tower assembly<br>Inspection and welding of each cylinder section and flange assembly 100% UT inspection, marking the position line of the internal components for inspection, welding, anti-corrosion treatment of the internal components, assembly, packaging, and shipping.

Socket<br> Raw materials incoming inspection, material reinspection, steel plate pretreatment, numerical control cutting and blanking size inspection, groove processing, coil assembly, welding, longitudinal seam calibration and 100%UT inspection.<br> <br> Top flange<br> Factory inspection of finished flange, re-inspection of test pieces and assembly welding of cylinder joint 100%UT detection flatness detection secondary processing of upper surface of flange (if flatness exceeds the standard).<br> <br> Remaining flanges<br> Factory inspection of finished flange, re-inspection of specimen and 100%UT detection of flatness of barrel joint assembly welding.<br> <br> Tower assembly<br> Each barrel joint and flange group shall be inspected and welded by 100%UT inspection, and the position line of the internals shall be drawn. The internals shall be inspected, welded, anticorrosive, assembled, packaged and shipped.
