This paper introduces the development status and development trend of transformer, ZZDFPZ-405130/500-180000/220 transformer leakage magnetic field and short-circuit force hazards and causes. Under the short-circuit condition, the winding will be subject to the short-circuit electric power of the spoke force and axial direction, and the data is obtained by establishing the two-dimensional finite element simulation model of the winding by the "field-road coupling" method. Based on the result of short-circuit electrodynamics, the low-voltage winding steam of low-voltage winding is evaluated for the stability of low-voltage winding spokes by the subserteric analysis method and non-subserteric analysis.<br>The radiation stability of the transformer high-voltage winding is studied, based on the mechanical theory, the three-dimensional model of 1 to 92 line cakes of the high-voltage winding synth is used by ANSYS software, and then the spoke short-circuit electric power of the high-voltage windings obtained before the high-voltage winding slot is applied to the corresponding line cake, and then the spoke-to displacement deformation of each line cake is obtained by means of transient analysis.
