This paper introduces the development status and development trend of the transformer, the hazards and causes of ZZDFPZ-405130 / 500-180000 / 220 transformer leakage magnetic field and short circuit force. Under the short-circuit condition of the transformer, the winding will be subjected to radial force and axial short-circuit electromotive force. The field-circuit coupling method is used to establish a two-dimensional finite element simulation model of the winding to obtain data. Based on the short-circuit electrodynamic results of the transformer low-voltage winding, the buckling analysis method and the non-buckling analysis method are used to check and evaluate the radial stability of the low-voltage winding. <br>The radial stability of the high-voltage winding of the transformer is studied. Based on the mechanical theory, ANSYS software is used to establish a three-dimensional model of 1 to 92 wafers of the high-voltage winding. The short circuit electromotive force is applied to the corresponding wafer, and then it is solved by the transient analysis method to obtain the radial displacement deformation of each wafer. This paper introduces the current situation and development trend of transformer, the harm and cause of leakage magnetic field and short circuit force of zzdfpz-405130 / 500-180000 / 220 transformer.
