The tripolar amplification circuit is a classic circuit in analog electronics technology ("molded electricity"), and it is also the basic content and difficulty for beginners to get started. Many teaching materials usually from an analytical point of view to summarize the composition and working principle of the tripolar tube amplification circuit, while ignoring the circuit design or construction process, resulting in most students after learning "know it but do not know why", not to apply knowledge to solve the actual problems of engineering. Based on the inquiry-based teaching mode of problem-oriented, teacher-led and student-thinking, this paper constructs the three-pole amplification circuit, attaches great importance to the teaching process, summarizes the internalized knowledge through generalization, and cultivates the ability. Years of teaching practice show that for students in two colleges and universities, the teaching mode of "tripolar amplification circuit construction" based on problem orientation has a good teaching effect.
