Taking Yili company as the research object, this paper focuses on the analysis of the social responsibility report published by Yili company from 2015 to 2019, to understand the disclosure of the company's social responsibility over the years, and then combined with the basic theory of social responsibility, discusses the problems and causes of the research object's social responsibility disclosure, and puts forward some measures to solve the social responsibility information disclosure So as to improve the quality of corporate social responsibility information disclosure.<br>
