Aiming at the problems of low resin saturation capacity and high tailing content in ion exchange adsorption process of leaching solution of a uranium mine, the indoor ion exchange adsorption condition test was carried out by simulating the dense moving bed used in production. According to the ore properties and resin selectivity, the main factors affecting the ion exchange adsorption process were determined. This experiment mainly studied the influence of uranium concentration, pH, Fe3 + concentration and Cl - concentration on the adsorption effect of resin. The results show that the concentration of uranium in leaching solution has a great influence on the adsorption effect of resin, while the pH, Fe3 + concentration and Cl - concentration within a certain range have little influence on the adsorption effect. Through this study, the basis for uranium leaching recovery control is provided, which is conducive to reducing the uranium concentration in tail liquor, improving the adsorption effect, and ensuring the effective connection and stable operation of each process.<br>
