2.合同之续订1)本合同期满时。经双方协商一致，可以续订。2)以下情形

2. Renewal of <br>the contract 1) When this contract expires. The subscription can be renewed after mutual agreement. <br>2) In the following circumstances, Party B has the right to sign an open-term labor contract with Party A until the statutory retirement age is terminated; <br>a. Party B has worked in the company for ten consecutive years; or <br>b. Party B and Party A have entered into two consecutive fixed-term labor contracts Contract, and Party B does not have the circumstances stipulated in Article 39 and Article 40 Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the "Labor Contract Law", Party A agrees to renew the labor contract for the third time. <br>3) Recipient training and specific services When the service period expires, the labor contract shall be extended to the end of the service period.

2. Renewal of contract<br>1) Upon the expiration of this contract. The contract may be renewed by consensus of both parties.<br>2) Under the following circumstances, Party B has the right to propose to sign an open-ended labor contract with Party A until the legal retirement age is terminated;<br>a. Party B has worked in the company for ten consecutive years; or<br>b. Party B has entered into two consecutive fixed-term labor contracts with Party A, and Party B is not under the circumstances specified in Article 39 and Article 40, items 1 and 2 of the labor contract law, and Party A agrees to renew the labor contract for the third time<br>3) Upon the expiration of the cooperation between the recipient's training and specific services, the labor contract shall be extended to the expiration of the service.

2. Renewal of contract 1) When the contract expires. It can be renewed by mutual agreement. 2) Under the following circumstances, Party B has the right to propose to sign an open-ended labor contract with Party A until the legal retirement age expires; A. Party B has worked in the company for ten consecutive years; or B. Party B has entered into a fixed-term labor contract with Party A twice in a row, and Party B does not have the circumstances specified in Article 39 and Item 1 and Item 2 of Article 40 of the Labor Contract Law, and Party A agrees to renew the labor contract for the third time. 3) If the training and specific services of the receiver expire, the labor contract shall be extended until the expiration of the service period.
