Because the tumor invaded the right subclavian vein, the first segment of the subclavian vein was removed, and the artificial blood vessel was implanted and the end-to-end anastomosis reconstruction was performed (Figure 4), and, again, the tumor was subjected to a second operation. Pathologically confirmed as malignant schwannoma (Figure 5).

As the tumor struck the right arthroscopic vein, the first section of the collarbone was removed, and the artificial vascular implant end matching reconstruction was carried out (Figure 4), and, again, the tumor was confirmed as malignant neuroma (Figure 5) by the second postoperative pathology.
