A large amount of steam is ejected from the upper steam pipeline valve. <br><br>In daily use, there is a shallow groove in the flange of the steam valve. Under the action of steam pressure, the groove continues to expand. When the top of the groove and the outer surface of the flange reach a critical thickness, the flange appears under steam pressure The damage caused a large amount of steam leakage. It belongs to natural aging. <br><br>The occurrence of this deviation is due to the aging of the steam valve and the steam leakage due to damage caused by the steam pressure. After the steam leakage is found, the steam main valve is closed and the AHU-3 combined air conditioning unit (corresponding to the clean area) is shut down. At the same time, shut down the air conditioning units in the other two related clean areas. At 08:58, the air conditioner was shut down, the valve was replaced at 10:25, and then the three air conditioners AHU-1, AHU-2A / 2B, AHU-3 were turned on, and all three air conditioners were operating normally at 10:30. According to regulations, the air conditioner should not be shut down for more than 3 hours. Under normal circumstances, restart the air conditioning system. After running for at least 60 minutes (must reach the self-purification time), production can be rescheduled without re-verification of ambient air. After the deviation occurred, the air conditioner was shut down for 1 hour and 32 minutes. According to the requirements of the SOP, the air conditioner system has been restarted. After 60 minutes of operation, production was scheduled in the clean area. Since the Y36-01, Y36-02 and Y36-03 clean areas did not produce products and performed related operations during this period, there was no direct impact on the product quality of each clean area. <br><br>1.
