Carbon fiber composite materials are widely used in the military and civilian fields, it is very important to comprehensively detect their defects. For the existing defect detection technology can not achieve on-line synchronous detection, through laser ultrasound, spot interference, infrared thermal image fusion detection process and its detection information fusion method research, as well as based on tyhertz spectral technology carbon fiber composite defect detection method, to obtain a new method for on-line synchronous non-contact non-destructive detection of complex defects of composite materials.
