本组7例第1掌背动脉尺侧支皮瓣，5例顺利成活，2例局部坏死，经换药后创

In this group of 7 cases of the first dorsal metacarpal artery flaps with the ulnar branch, 5 cases survived smoothly, 2 cases with local necrosis, the wounds healed after dressing change, 7 cases with the second dorsal metacarpal artery perforator flaps all survived. Follow-up for 5 to 15 months, with an average of 8.4 months, the appearance, color and texture of the flap of the ulnar branch of the first dorsal metacarpal artery were similar to that of the thumb. The flap felt S4 in 1 case (existing sensory abnormality) and S3+ in 3 cases ( 2 cases had sensory ectopic phenomenon), 2 cases were S3, and 1 case was S2. The appearance, color and texture of the second dorsal metacarpal artery perforator flap were similar to that of the index finger. The flap felt S3 in 1 case, S2 in 3 cases, and S1 in 3 cases. According to the thumb TAM assessment, 4 cases were excellent and 3 cases were good. The excellent and good rate was 100%. According to the index TAM assessment, 6 cases were excellent, 1 case was good, and the excellent and good rate was 100%.

This group of 7 cases of the 1st palm back artery side flap, 5 cases successfully live, 2 cases of local necrosis, after drug exchange, wound surface healing, 7 cases of the 2nd palm back artery through the flap all live. Follow-up 5 to 15 months, an average of 8.4 months, the 1st palm back artery side flap shape, color, texture and thumb skin close, flap feeling 1 case S4 (the presence of sensory heterotym phenomenon), 3 cases of S3 plus (2 cases of sensory heterotymesis), 2 cases of S3, 1 case of S2. The 2nd palm back artery wears a flap shape, color, texture and finger skin close, the flap feels 1 case S3, 3 cases S2, 3 cases S1. Thumb TAM assessment, excellent 4 cases, good 3 cases, excellent rate of 100%. Indicates TAM assessment, excellent 6 cases, good 1 case, excellent rate of 100%.

The first ulnar branch flap of the dorsal metacarpal artery was successfully survived in 5 cases, and local necrosis in 2 cases. The shape, color and texture of the second dorsal metacarpal artery perforator flap were close to the skin of the index finger. One case was S3, 3 cases were S2 and 3 cases were S1. Thumb Tam was evaluated in 4 cases, 3 good cases, and the excellent rate was 100%. The results showed that the index finger Tam was evaluated in 6 cases and 1 good, and the excellent rate was 100%.<br>
