For newly introduced network operation services, value-added services, software and technology service companies, and intelligent information platform construction and operation companies, construction projects with a demonstration effect or “Internet+” format innovation projects should be launched. Companies with an annual operating income of not less than 300 million yuan (inclusive) should be given a starting capital of not more than 500,000 yuan, which will be paid out at a rate of 50% and 50% in two years from the year of recognition.
