Abstract <br>Small rivers mostly have multiple functions such as drainage, irrigation, and water storage. Just 15 kilometers away from Longe Town Junior High School, there are many villages in Fulu Township, Sanjiang County, Guangxi Province, which currently have no road access. Two types: one takes a shuttle bus to the river bank; two changes to a boat to enter the village. <br>The main contents of this paper are as follows. By discussing the finished products and related academic research results of various small amphibious boats at home and abroad, a rubber tire-moving web paddle-covered belt composite amphibious boat walking program and a flexible padding-based plan are proposed for the amphibious boat walking program. The board's amphibious boat walking plan [1], the two plans are optimized. Designed the amphibious boat walking plan based on the new infill paddling board. The amphibious boat walking plan of the new infill paddling board was designed in detail.
