Lower respiratory tract infection Chlamydia trachomatis occurs in infants under 6 months of age. Clinically, white blood cells, lymphocytes, and lactate dehydrogenase are elevated. Chest CT is mainly characterized by multiple subpleural lobular consolidation/segmental consolidation in both lungs. After macrolide antibiotics and active symptomatic treatment, the prognosis is good.
