摘要本研究主要目的在探討大學生對於期望價值, 自我概念與職業選擇意圖之關係, 依文獻回顧與相關研究變數之關聯性, 進而建立本研究架構, 並以大學生為研究對象進行問卷調查. 以15所大學院校, 大學三年級, 四年級在校學生為母群體進行立意抽樣, 施以問卷調查. 問卷預計將發放 1500份. 經回收之有效樣本資料, 將利用線性結構方程模式 (Structural Equation Models; SEM) 檢定期望價值, 自我概念與職業選擇意圖之整體路徑結構; 以及以多群體分析探討性別為干擾變數對期望價值, 自我概念與職業選擇意圖之影響.
Abstract <br>The main purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between college students' expectation value, self-concept and career choice intentions, based on the literature review and the correlation between relevant research variables, and then establish the research framework, and conduct a questionnaire survey with college students as the research object.
