Based on The SRAP marker, Molecular Alsoc analysis (AMOVA) was performed using GenAlEx6.502 software for genotype data from 17 populations of semi-maple loads, as shown in Table 5. The coefficient of genetic differentiation (Fst) between 17 populations of semi-maple lot was 0.246 and the gene flow (Nm) between populations was 1.533. Molecular variance analysis showed that semi-maple genetic variation occurred mainly in the population, the contribution rate of genetic variation in the population was as high as 76.41 percent, while the contribution rate of genetic variation between species was only 23.59 percent, respectively. The AMOVA analysis of SRAP marks had a P value of 0.001, indicating that the differences between and within the population were very significant. In short, semi-maple lotus exhibits low levels of interpopulation genetic variation and high levels of intrapopulation genetic variation, as evidenced by moderate gene flows between populations (Table 5).
