The purpose of this experiment is to cool the copper, observe the structural changes of the copper, and anneal the cold-processed metal to obtain its recrystallization temperature. The experiment begins with a scrolling process. The process is to reduce the thickness of the three pieces of copper to 10%, 30%, 50%, one of which is the expanded copper. The rolled and unrolled copper was cut into 5 pieces and annealed for 30 minutes at different temperatures, giving it a perfect appearance (200 degrees, 300 degrees, 600 degrees), one of which was untreated. The copper sheets are then tested for hardness. The microscopic structure of the sample is then observed under a microscope. The recrystallization temperature was measured and various tissues were mapped. Finally, the cold-processing hardness curve at the annealing temperature is drawn.
