Chemists have developed various methods to construct the skeleton of nitrogen-sulfur (selenium) heterocyclic compounds, among which the C-H functionalization/cyclization reaction catalyzed by transition metals is a very effective method to construct nitrogen-sulfur heterocyclic compounds. At present, chemists have developed many effective methods to construct common five-membered nitrogen-sulfur (selenium) heterocyclic compounds such as benzothiazole, but there is still a lack of effective synthesis methods for six-membered nitrogen-sulfur (selenium) heterocyclic compounds and five-membered heterocyclic benzisothiazoles, especially benzo [c] isothiazoles. In this project, simple, easily available and stable N-(1- phenylethyl) aniline compounds and o-alkynyl arylamine are used as substrates to undergo a series cyclization reaction with inorganic sulfur (selenium) sources to construct thiazines and benzo [c] isothiazoles. Through substrate design and condition optimization, a method of synthesizing nitrogen-sulfur (selenium) cyclic compounds by series cyclization catalyzed by transition metals with high efficiency, high selectivity and mild conditions was developed. At the same time, the reaction mechanism was explored by modern analysis and testing methods. The method and technology are applied to the synthesis of some natural products and drug molecules and skeletons. It provides theoretical and experimental basis for the synthesis and application of nitrogen-sulfur (selenium) heterocyclic compounds.
