In the process of cooperative spectrum sensing, FC needs to collect the sensing results from different IOT devices and make the final decision by using a certain fusion strategy, and then FC transmits the decision results to each IOT device by broadcasting. If the FC is set up in the cloud, the perception report of the terminal equipment may not be sent to the FC in time due to the delay problem, and it will also cause security problems such as data leakage. Therefore, we propose to set up a sub fusion center on the edge layer to realize data preprocessing, upload the preprocessed data to the cloud or return the calculation results to the terminal device. As shown in Figure 2, s-fc can filter the sensing report of mids and only send the sensing results of NIDS to FC, which reduces the total amount of data transmission, avoids data forwarding and transmission, reduces the possibility of data theft and privacy disclosure, and improves the security of data.
